The 8-part traditional preprinted laser set includes 2-up forms; Employer Copy A (federal, red scannable), D (file) and two 1 (state) and Employee Copy B (federal), C (file) and two 2 (state). All 8 ˝” x 11” sheets are printed on 20# laser paper with no side perforation (format changed in 2001). Print each copy as a batch, then separate and collate by employee. Order the quantity equal to the number of employees for which you need to file, you’ll get all of the necessary forms. Includes a W-3 for mailing employer copies in a batch to the SSA and self-sealing envelopes to mail employee copies. 1099-MISC Miscellaneous Payments of $600 or More. The 4-part laser set includes preprinted Copy A (federal, red scannable), Copy B (recipient), Copy C (payer), Copy 1/D (payer file) and Copy 2 (recipient file). All 8 ˝” x 11” sheets are printed on 20# laser paper; Copy A has a ˝” side perforation and the remaining copies have a side perforation. Print each copy as a batch. Order the quantity equal to the number of recipients for which you need to file, you’ll get all the necessary forms.
